Comment: This Decision was repealed by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/773 of 16 May 2019. This Decision was adopted based on Article 6(1) of Directive 2008/57/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community. Based on the Commission Implementing Decision 2020/783 of 12 June 2020 where a periodic medical examination should have been completed between 1 March 2020 and 31 August 2020, the period within which it must be completed is extended by 6 months.
